Issue Description: What’s happening?
Transferring ownership of a workspace didn’t send any confirmation email and is now stuck in the transferring status – Aborting fails because the transfer is not found.
Reproduce the Issue: What steps can someone take to replicate the problem?
- Transfer workspace to another workspace user
- Attempt to Abort the transfer when no email is sent to confirm the transfer

The workspace to be transferred.
