Transfer Ownership of workspace is not working

Issue Description: What’s happening?

Transferring ownership of a workspace didn’t send any confirmation email and is now stuck in the transferring status – Aborting fails because the transfer is not found.

Reproduce the Issue: What steps can someone take to replicate the problem?

  1. Transfer workspace to another workspace user
  2. Attempt to Abort the transfer when no email is sent to confirm the transfer

Expected Behavior: What did you expect to happen?

The workspace to be transferred.

Actual Behavior: What actually happened?

Workspace is stuck in “transferring”
