SOLVED: Can't edit/create any users when 8Base authentication profile is active

When trying to edit any field on an existing user I get the following error:

There is no edit field for is8base and the value defaults to false automatically and can’t be changed as far as I can see?

I’ve tried editing both a user where is8base is set to true and false. Both have same result.

I’m just trying to edit a field I created, not a pre-made one.

Seems like a bug?

I also get this error and reported it using the chat widget, but no response yet.
