Production workspace changing to free tier automatically

Hi team! I am having some problems with the workspace cksrvhs7s09z608l00e5k295d, this is a professional workspace already paid but today it went to the free tier plan without any warning, so Im wondering why is this happening, and why we didn’t receive any warning by mail.

@gabriel.espinoza It is still professional in our db. Does the billing in your settings set it’s free now? Are you sure you send a request to the correct endpoint? We’re reviewing the logs right now.

Im professional because I changed manually in the morning but in the picture you can see that was as free tier plan.
