Error when deleting an Entity

Reproduce the Issue: What steps can someone take to replicate the problem?

1. 8base console, Table
2. Click edit, change some fields
3. Click UPDATE

Expected Behavior: What did you expect to happen?

The entity to be updated

Actual Behavior: What actually happened?

Throws an error

Seems like trigger throws the error. Have you set up trigger on update action?
