How does 8base creates a database backup

I was looking for this information in 8base docs, but i didn’t find anything about this, my questions are:

  • how does 8base creates a backup of the data from an enviroment?,
    -can i schedule this backup?,
    -how can i access to this backup?
    -how can i restore a backup?

Bi-daily backups are taken automatically. We can then do point-in-time restoration using the logs between two backups. If you need a backup, just email support@8base.com, and we’ll send it to you. We also will restore your workspace if needed.
