Doesn't work autoincrement and calculated features of data fields

Radio buttons are disabled, and I can’t change Field Type from “Standard” to “Auto-increment” or “Calculated”. What can be wrong?

Are you attempting this on a new field or trying to update an existing field?

It should only work on a new field.

Can I use id from other table in calculated field?
