Cannot update timezone

When I go into my user profile and attempt to change the timezone I get an error saying:

“You don’t have permission to perform this operation.”

Also, the dropdown doesn’t jump you to the current selection. It always goes back to the very top and you have to scroll down the long list again.

I was able to set my time zone, although I noticed it was blank and I think I already set it (but not 100% sure).

@JohnMilazzo @mike_ekim1024 currently timezone is not used inside 8base. So we might get rid of that.
