Is there any way to sing up with an Applie ID in 8base?

You need to have your own auth provider like Auth0 and have Apple ID social connection enabled. See for instance https://auth0.com/blog/try-sign-in-with-apple-in-your-auth0-apps-today/

But this is not possible on a Free tier. You need to be on a Developer plan at least.
