Am I able to upload my own custom components to App Builder?

I would like to ask a couple of questions,
Is it possible to upload own components in the App builder part?

Is it possible to use third party libraries?

Part of the App Builder roadmap is the ability to author a custom component and upload it. Meanwhile, using 3rd party libraries should come out in the next couple releases.
