8base Instance Offline – Urgent Support Needed

Hi all,

It looks like our 8base instance is currently down—we’re unable to access the backend via the admin console, and our endpoint is not responding to queries.

We’ve attempted to raise a support request through the website and sent emails to our 8base contacts directly, but as yet we’ve had no acknowledgement. We’re growing increasingly concerned given the lack of response.

Could someone please advise the best point of contact to escalate this issue or confirm whether there’s a wider service disruption?
